There is no question that managing your finances and taxes can be time consuming and not much fun. I used Rounded for years when I was in the early faze of my business and loved the design and functionality it offered. Now that I require more features and have to manage BAS and GST, I’ve moved over to Xero which is a very comprehensive business tool.

CLOUD BACKUP

Having a solid backup system is so important when you’re dealing with people images and paying customers. I have a minimum of three back ups of all my files ~ two are hard drive backups and the third is a cloud backup. I have tested out a few and Backblaze is the clear winner and has saved my butt twice over the past few years when a hard drive crashed!
