What’s included:
~ A questionnaire prior to your session to work out the main areas you would like to cover in our session. Areas we can dive into are listed above.
I will then take this info and put together a session plan and brainstorm ideas and strategies for you that we will work through together.
~ A 1 hour online session held held on Google Meet.
~ Email support for the month following your session to check in with how you’re going, to share your wins and challenges and to ask any questions that you have about things you have implemented.
