ACCOUNTING & EXPENSE TRACKING
There is no question that managing your finances and taxes can be time-consuming and not much fun. I used Rounded for years when I was in the early phase of my business and loved the design and functionality it offered. Now that I require more features and have to manage BAS and GST, I’ve moved over to Xero which is a very comprehensive business tool.

ONLINE CLOUD BACKUP
Having a solid backup system is so important when you’re dealing with people's images and paying customers. I have a minimum of three backups of all my files ~ two are hard drive backups and the third is a cloud backup. I have tested out a few and Backblaze is the clear winner and has saved my butt twice over the past few years when a hard drive crashed!

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND MARKETING TOOL
I was an avid Photoshop and Illustrator user for many years and then I stumbled across Canva and never looked back! I now create all my graphics, promotional material and workbooks in Canva and it’s a game changer! It’s so easy to use and makes beautiful design a whole lot more achievable in far less time.
